The order
The order can only be accepted if you clearly indicate your name, postal and email addresses.
After ordering an item, we will send you an order confirmation by email including a summary of the items ordered and the delivery address.
The orders will be sent after payment has been received. An email will be sent to confirm that the order has shipped.
In general, information on product availability is given when an order is placed. Exceptionally, a product may be temporarily unavailable after the validation of the order. In this case, Kenzara will inform you as soon as possible (within maximum eight days) and offer to either cancel the order or to wait until the next delivery by our supplier, indicating the deadline. You will be refunded the amount of any non-shipped items.
If an order is for different products, the different items will be shipped in separate packages.
Online ordering is available for a maximum of five identical copies. For orders of more than five copies of the same product, please contact us directly by email to complete the order, stating: product name, billing and delivery addresses, email address and phone number. We will then send you an invoice.
Prices are in Swiss francs including VAT. Kenzara reserves the right to change the price in case of rising costs, including VAT, and in case of errors on the invoice.
In addition to the product price, a flat fee for shipping and handling of your order will be charged. The amount will be specified on the shopping cart page and on the order form after its validation. The amount depends on the product ordered and the country of delivery.

If you live in Switzerland. Please indicate the order number on the deposit slip.
Delivery
Delivery time varies according to the destination and the type of shipping (economy or priority): Switzerland 5 to 10 business days – Europe 10 to 15 working days – the rest of the world 12 to 20 working days.
Delivery cannot be assured in the event of circumstances beyond our control, especially in case of strike, as defined in the case law.
Delivery will be made to the address indicated on the order form, subject only to the payment of the fixed amount of your order processing fee.
Returns
Kenzara will exchange or refund an item if it does not give you complete satisfaction within 7 days after receiving it at home or collecting it from the post office.
Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be refunded. Items can be sent by Post, at the purchaser’s expense, to the following address: Kenzara, avenue des Alpes 26, CH1006 Lausanne. Attach a copy of the delivery note to your return and keep the original which will serve as your receipt.

The information and data about you requested by Kenzara, the controller, are necessary for the registration and tracking of your order, the commercial management the marketing file and the quality of our relations. You have the right to access and correct your personal data, and to oppose the processing of your information. This opposition should be done by writing to us.

The law applicable
